I personally had a pleasure working with MSD aviation. I got to know about MSD aviation through a friend who is also in the same profession. At first i was a bit conscious about investing in MSD but at the same time i was desperate for job to persue my dream of becoming a pilot. As everyone knows that the aviation industry is not so easy specially for pilots who have zero experience in the field. But once i had my first meeting with Mr. Kasana i was very much satisfied with his approach and dedication to his work.

I was associated with MSD aviation from 7th march 2011 for a contract of three years and i will have to say that the whole team of MSD aviation have been true professionals whomever they interact with and an advocate to the ever evolving aviation recruitment profession. Currently i am working with lion air in Indonesia based at Jakarta where i was placed by MSD aviation. I have 2400 hrs of flight experience on a boeing 737 NG and i am in a position where the aviation industry all over the globe has opened up for me all thanks to MSD aviation.

I would highly recommend MSD aviation as an excellent and genuine recruiter and it was a great experience for me working with MSD aviation and looking forward to work with Mr.Kasana and the whole team of MSD aviaton in the near future.

I will be really glad to express my opinion about the training and placement done by MSD Aviation. I took right step to join MSD Aviation to give my services as Co-Pilot to Lion Air. Firstly, I would like to share about my experience in the training center that MSD chose for me. As MSD sent me to ****** in Berlin for my B737NG rating where my visa, hotel to stay, pik up and drop services were all taken care by MSD. I have been trained to fly B737 by very experienced and professional instructors, their procedures and the ways to train a pilot is very appreciable, the training made easy for me to pass my initial simulators with Lion Air.

Secondly, I really appreciate that MSD took care of my licenses for the endorsement of B737 rating and helps to renew it every year. MSD Aviation has helped me a lot to grow my career in aviation in all possible ways. Now I have 1500hours and working happily with Lion Air is only because I took a right step to join MSD Aviation. My only recommendation is to keep giving such opportunity to ab-initio pilots to grow their career in this beautiful world of aviation.

Vishruth Batra First Officer - Lion Air

I am working happily with Lion Air as a First Officer since 2012 ,MSD AVIATION is absolute gold! I was referred to them by my friend Rishabh Misra who joined them in 2011. I signed my contract in 2012 and within two weeks I went to ****** BERLIN, GERMANY for my type rating of B-737NG . Everything was very well managed and coordinated by both the companies. Completed my training within 45 days with the standard operating procedures required by Lion Air with the standards I couldn't imagine but I could just tell you by saying that clearing my company initial sim check was piece of cake for me. Then I came back to India and within a week left for Indonesia and started up with all the paper work and formalities and within few days started my ground training and three simulator sessions which were required by LION AIR .I cleared my company sim check in my first attempt all because my training from my TRTO and few but very helpful tips and support from MSD AVIATION which helped me a lot.

They had everything at their fingertips whenever I asked them for any information. MSD AVIATION fixed everything up and even worked through getting my type rating and even helped me out of the way get it endorsed on my Indian CPL . They are easy to communicate with and easy to understand. I can’t rate them highly enough.

I highly recommend them, most definitely. Thank you MSD AVIATION. THEY HELPED MY WINGS TO EARN THE PROPER VALUE.

Harshdeep Singh Multani First Officer - Lion Air
